100-night home trial
We believe the only way to truly know if an adjustable bed is right for you is to sleep on it — in your own home, in your own routine, for a meaningful amount of time.
That is why every Noble Comfort bed comes with a 100-night home trial. If at any point during those 100 nights you decide it is not for you, contact us and we will arrange a free collection and issue a full refund.
No questions. No restocking fees. No hassle.
How the trial works
- Your trial begins on the day of delivery
- Use the bed as you normally would — there is no minimum number of nights required
- If you decide to return, call or email us
- We arrange a free collection at a time that suits you
- Your refund is processed within 5 working days of collection
Warranty
Every Noble Comfort bed is covered by our comprehensive warranty. This is not a limited warranty with small print — it covers the parts that matter.
What is covered
- All motors and actuators
- Steel frame and structural components
- Electronic control units
- Remote controls and receivers
- Wired connections and power supply
What is not covered
- Normal wear to fabric or cosmetic surfaces
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper voltage
- Mattresses (these carry their own manufacturer warranty)
How to make a claim
Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. In most cases, we can diagnose the problem over the phone and dispatch a replacement part. If an engineer visit is required, we arrange this at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If your bed has already been dispatched, we ask that you receive the delivery and then begin the 100-night trial — this ensures we can inspect and process the return properly.
Refund processing
All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the returned bed being received at our facility.
