100-night home trial

We believe the only way to truly know if an adjustable bed is right for you is to sleep on it — in your own home, in your own routine, for a meaningful amount of time.

That is why every Noble Comfort bed comes with a 100-night home trial. If at any point during those 100 nights you decide it is not for you, contact us and we will arrange a free collection and issue a full refund.

No questions. No restocking fees. No hassle.

How the trial works

  • Your trial begins on the day of delivery
  • Use the bed as you normally would — there is no minimum number of nights required
  • If you decide to return, call or email us
  • We arrange a free collection at a time that suits you
  • Your refund is processed within 5 working days of collection

Warranty

Every Noble Comfort bed is covered by our comprehensive warranty. This is not a limited warranty with small print — it covers the parts that matter.

What is covered

  • All motors and actuators
  • Steel frame and structural components
  • Electronic control units
  • Remote controls and receivers
  • Wired connections and power supply

What is not covered

  • Normal wear to fabric or cosmetic surfaces
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper voltage
  • Mattresses (these carry their own manufacturer warranty)

How to make a claim

Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. In most cases, we can diagnose the problem over the phone and dispatch a replacement part. If an engineer visit is required, we arrange this at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If your bed has already been dispatched, we ask that you receive the delivery and then begin the 100-night trial — this ensures we can inspect and process the return properly.

Refund processing

All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the returned bed being received at our facility.

Frequently asked questions

What if something breaks after the warranty period?
Contact us. We carry spare parts for all models and can often supply replacements at a fair cost, even outside the warranty window.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the bed?
The warranty is tied to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Do I need to register for the warranty?
No. Your warranty is automatic from the date of delivery. We keep records linked to your order.
What if I received a faulty bed?
Contact us immediately. We will arrange either a repair or a full replacement, delivered and installed free of charge.
Can I extend the warranty?
We do not currently offer extended warranty plans. The 10-year standard warranty is comprehensive and covers all critical components.
